How Personalization Works

Products made to order

All our products are made to order and can be personalized with text, name, font, color, or other options available on the product page.

Each item is created in our laboratory using techniques such as:

  • laser engraving

  • laser cutting

  • 3D printing

  • custom-made craftsmanship

We don't sell ready-made products: each order is made specifically for you.

How to order a custom product

  1. Choose the product you want to buy

  2. Enter the text or name you want to customize

  3. If available, choose font, color or material

  4. Check the data entered carefully

  5. Complete the order

After purchase we will start production.

Always check the text

The customer is responsible for the data entered.

Always check:

  • spelling

  • uppercase / lowercase

  • numbers

  • symbols

  • chosen font

  • selected color

Once production has started, it is not possible to modify the order.

For many products you can choose:

  • font

  • color

  • material

  • size

The available options are indicated on the product page.

Can I request a different customization?

Yes, we also do custom work.

You can request:

  • different sizes

  • non-standard colors

In some cases we can provide a preview, but it is not always available for all products.
