Yes, we also do custom work upon request.

Are the products made by you?
Yes, all products are handcrafted in our workshop using laser engraving, laser cutting, and 3D printing.

Can I edit the text before production?
Yes, you can enter the text when ordering.
If you need any changes after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.


Personalization

Can I choose the font?
When available, you can choose the font from those listed on the product page.

Can I choose the color?
For 3D printed products you can choose the color from those available.
For laser engravings and cuts, the colors depend on the selected material.

Can I upload a logo or image?
For some processes it is possible.
Contact us before ordering to check feasibility.

Can I see a preview?
In some cases we can provide a preview, but this is not always guaranteed for all products.


Production and times

How long does production take?
Products are made to order.
Average production time is 2–3 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping generally takes 1–2 business days after production.

Are production and shipping the same thing?
No.
First we make the product, then it is shipped.

Can I request an emergency?
Please contact us before ordering to check if this is possible.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Italy and, where indicated, also to other European countries.

Which courier do you use?
We use reliable couriers to ensure safe delivery.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes, you will receive the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

Can the product arrive differently from the photos?
As these are handcrafted products, small variations are normal and are not defects.


Returns and refunds

No, customized products cannot be returned unless there are defects or manufacturing errors.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the problem.

Can I cancel an order?
You can only cancel before production starts.
